Denwolf Asset Management was founded by Grant Scrimgeour, who has over 15 years experience in the property market including 7 years at Ashtenne Holdings Plc where he was Regional Manager of their Scottish office with responsibility for running the property portfolio together with acquisitions and disposals.

We have particular expertise with multi let industrial and office properties where our extremely hands on approach and innovative methods of generating and converting enquiries gets results. We have a track record of turning around almost every asset we have been involved with and in all cases, enquiry levels have risen after we have been instructed.

We also have considerable experience of getting acquisitions and disposals over the line. We can provide pre acquisition advice including the creation of an asset management plan or intensively manage assets in the lead up to selling to extract maximum value.
